Final Fantasy VII Rebirth

How to Get Pirate Jetsam

By
Shane Williams

The "Item Transmuter" iconItem Transmuter allows you to craft a variety of equipment which will massively strengthen your party, but some of the items required can be hard to come by. On this page, we’ll provide you with the necessary steps to finding Pirates Jetsam in Final Fantasy VII Rebirth.

Pirate Jetsam can be used to craft the ultimate accessories.

How to Get Pirate Jetsam in FF7 Rebirth

Pirate Jetsam can be found in purple crates within the Meridian Ocean which is accessible from the start of Chapter 12 of FF7 Rebirth. The easiest way to track these down is via the assistance of the Corsair’s Compass which can be obtained by completing The Pirate King’s Treasure Side Quest. This can be started by interacting with the chest on the Costa del Sol Docks at the beginning of the chapter.

This will require you to track down four locations within the ocean and defeat four mini-bosses: Hueyacoatl, Brineborn Demon, "Ogre" iconOgre Raider, and Sea Dragon in order to claim a relic. However, both finding the relics whereabouts and defeating the boss can be tricky, so be sure to check out our The Pirate King’s Treasure Walkthrough page to make the process easier.
