The 
Nibel Region will be the sixth region you adventure through in Final Fantasy VII: Rebirth, but you won’t be able to fully explore it until you get your hands on this region’s exclusive Chocobo. World Intel is a huge part of the exploration in Rebirth, so you’ll want to activate all of the towers in order to reveal the locations of nearby pieces of Intel. On this page, we’ll provide you with all the locations for all the Activation Intel in the Nibel Region.
Activation Intel 1: Airstrip Tower¶
The Airstrip Tower can be found to the east of the Nibel Airstrip. The switch to activate the tower will be on the second level and you can reach this by climbing the provided ladders.

Activation Intel 2: Gull Bridge Tower¶
The Gull Bridge Tower can be found to the southwest of 
Nibelheim. Again, the switch to activate this can be found at the top but there’s no ladder provided, so you’ll need to hop on your Chocobo and use the Chocojet ability by pressing

Activation Intel 3: Beacon Hill Tower¶
The Beacon Hill Tower can be found on an island to the southeast of the Nibel Airstrip. This is a simple one to reach, no platforming required to access it. The switch to activate the tower can be found on the first level which can be reached via the ladder.

Activation Intel 4: Whitecape Reef Tower¶
The Whitecape Reef Tower can be found on a small island to the southwest of the Nibel Airstrip and it can be reached by swimming over to the east side of the island where you’ll find a wall covered in moss. Here you’ll need to use the chocojet ability to get onto the island and then climb up the second wall.
