Final Fantasy VII Rebirth

All Piano Sheet Music Locations

By
Jarrod Garripoli

The piano is one of the minigames you will find in Final Fantasy VII Rebirth and if you’ve played the demo, then you got a small taste of it. You need to complete each song with an A-Rank in order to unlock Piano Virtuoso trophy. In order to play the songs, though, you will need to find the Sheet Music first. Luckily, you won’t have to stray too far, as the Sheet Music will be found on the piano itself, so whenever you find a piano, you’ll find one of the songs. Technically, there are a total of eight songs for the piano in the game, but only six are needed for the above trophy. The other two are rewards and you don’t need to play them at all, if you don’t want.

Getting most of the Sheet Musics will be easy as you go throughout the game.

On Our Way Sheet Music Location

The first Sheet Music you will find in the game won’t be until Chapter 4 of the main story, which will be in the "Junon Region" iconJunon Region. Progress the story enough here to unlock a quest called When Words Won’t Do. This is an escort quest that will take you to a little settlement on the eastern side of the Junon area, called "Crow's Nest" iconCrow’s Nest. You cannot get in here without doing the above quest. Once you do this, look for the piano symbol on your map and enter the building, where you can find the Sheet Music right on the piano itself.

Tifa’s Theme Sheet Music Location

In the demo, you found Tifa’s Theme in "Nibelheim" iconNibelheim, on the piano in her room. However, that’s not the case here in the full game, as it will be found at Costa del Sol instead. Once you make it there in Chapter 6, you will have to go through some story bits on procuring swimsuits for your characters. When you are alone with Tifa and Aerith, one of the objectives will be a little piano recital at the inn. You will get Tifa’s Theme during this part, so do that to grab it. Note that Dorian won’t appear here until you’ve wrapped up the story in this chapter.

Barret’s Theme Sheet Music Location

During Chapter 7 of the main story, you will ride a mine cart down Mt. Corel and end up in the town of "North Corel" iconNorth Corel. This place can be a little confusing to navigate, but it’s not that bad. You’re looking for the Rock Bottom bar, which is on the upper level. Just go inside, find the piano and you will see the sheet music right there.

(1 of 2) Most of the songs will be on the pianos in their respective towns.

Cinco de Chocobo Sheet Music Location

Upon leaving the "Corel Region" iconCorel Region, you will arrive in the "Gongaga Region" iconGongaga Region. Your goal here is to make it to "Gongaga Village" iconGongaga Village, which you need to visit for the main story. For the building with the piano, go to the northeastern side of the river and look for a small building west of the one bridge there. Of course, the piano is marked on your map, so once you get to the general area, you will be able to easily find it. The sheet music will be on the piano, so there’s nothing special you have to do to actually get it.

Two Legs? Nothin’ To It Sheet Music Location

After completing the Gongaga Region, you will be headed to the "Cosmo Canyon Region" iconCosmo Canyon Region. Make the trek to "Cosmo Canyon" iconCosmo Canyon itself, which is where "Red XIII" iconRed XIII was raised. Upon being able to explore the place, try and find your way to The Syldra Inn. Now, Cosmo Canyon is another town that can be confusing to explore, but the inn is rather big and you’ll eventually reach it. Look for the piano there and grab the sheet music off of it for this song.

Aerith’s Theme Sheet Music Location

If you have a guess as to where you’d get this sheet music, then you’re probably right, as it will be found in Nibelheim. However, it might take a little more to get to it than the other ones, as it isn’t available as soon as you reach the town. Once you do most of the story stuff in Chapter 11, you will return to Nibelheim and unlock a side quest called My White-Haired Angel. Start this quest and near the end, you will be asked to play the piano in a performance. You will get this sheet music at that time.

(1 of 3) To get a star rating, you need to perfectly hit all of the notes.

Let the Battles Begin Sheet Music Location

You will automatically get this sheet music once you have earned an A Rank or higher in the first six songs above. Once you do that, speak with Dorian and he will give you this sheet music, as well as unlock the ability to use Aerith and Yuffie for the piano minigame.

One-Winged Angel Sheet Music Location

Similar to the Let the Battles Begin song, this is another one that unlocks upon doing something else in the game. Unfortunately, that something is completing Johnny’s Treasure Trove, which requires all 88 items for it. Once you do that, open the locked chest to receive this sheet music.
