Talk to Liechtenstein and Find a Jug of Wine

Following the events of The King’s Gambit, you’ll find yourself back in control of Godwin at Raborsch, as the gathering celebrates the progress made at today’s assembly. As you may expect, Godwin, already drunk, will decide to have a wander around, and you can optionally go and speak with Brabant, "Dry Devil" iconDry Devil (whom you can challenge to "Dice" iconDice if you wish), and Botschek, who is outside in the courtyard.

Once you’re ready to get the ball rolling, speak to Liechtenstein who can be found on the top floor, near the window. After patting yourselves on the back, Liechtenstein will ask you to find a jug of wine. This is a simple task, just simply head back outside, go down one level and then take the immediate stairs down into the cellar. Head to the back of the room here to find a table against the northeast wall and look for the pitcher that says Take the red when looked at. With the jug in hand, go to exit the cellar and a scene will trigger as chaos ensues.

(1 of 3) Find Liechtenstein upstairs by the window.

Protect Your Brother and Defend Raborsch

Fortunately, you drunken state will have worn off by the time this battle starts, and the game will make a save here so you can return to it if anything goes wrong. The courtyard is overrun with Von Bergow’s soldiers, and you’ll need to defend it from them. More importantly, your brother, Christopher, can die during this encounter, but should you keep him alive, you’ll bag yourself the Die Another Day Trophy/Achievement. With that in mind, prioritize his safety at all costs and should he fall, load the most recent autosave and try again.

Fortunately, you’ll be able to spot Christopher easily enough, he’s directly in front of you, in the corner, as you go down the stairs where you start. He’ll be surrounded by three other soldiers, so wade in there and help out, ideally attacking the soldiers from behind to prevent them from blocking as many of your attacks. Don’t forget to use your Battle Cry from time-to-time, Godwin has the necessary Perks to get you the damage bonuses from it.

(1 of 2) You will spot Christopher immediately in front of you at the start of the battle, in green.

Once you defend him in the initial skirmish, Christopher will most likely go to the middle of the courtyard, again, making him easy pickings. Repeat what you did before, keep your eyes on him and attack anyone attacking him from behind. After long enough, a scene will trigger and you’ll switch control to Henry, on his way to help.

Go Help Your Friends!

You’ll find yourself just outside the Fort, but before you do anything, go to your inventory and equip your main battle set onto Henry. Initially, he’ll still be wearing his waiter garb from The King’s Gambit, and the last thing you want to do is find yourself in combat without adequate protection. Once you’re ready to go, ride up to the gate and you’ll get into a battle immediately.

Defeat the Attackers

The final part of this battle should be a lot easier now you’re in control of Henry and have full access to all of your supplies, but don’t get too careless. Once again, the condition of protecting Christopher is still active, and he can and will die if you don’t focus on keeping him alive. Remember, he’s the man in green, so pick him out in the melee and rush on over to his aid, attempting to attack enemies from behind.

At this point, the goal is simply to finish off the remaining soldiers while making sure Christopher lives. If you need to recover Health and you’re not engage in combat, back off a bit and chug a "Marigold decoction" iconMarigold decoction if you have some on you, and be sure to bandage any bleeding immediately, it’s a surefire way to lose the battle if you’re not focused on Henry’s health too. Once the final soldier falls, a scene will trigger.

(1 of 2) Be sure to equip your combat set as soon as you gain control of Henry.

Tell Sam and Liechtenstein About the Threat to the Jews in Kuttenberg

Henry will get the chance to relay some of the information he found out at the council, and more importantly, about the planned attack on the Jewish Quarter. It looks like there’s not a moment to lose, so you’ll need to fill in Liechtenstein and Sam about the plot.

Before you do this though, take the time to loot the battlefield, a lot of Von Bergow’s soldiers have decent equipment that may be improvements to your own or can be sold for a hefty profit once you’re back in the city, for that reason alone, try to fill your pockets as much as you can. Once you’re ready to end the main quest, find Liechtenstein standing near Hans and deliver the news to bring the quest to an end and an immediate start to "Exodus" iconExodus.
