Primum Nil Nocere is a task that can be found in the Kuttenberg Region, and can be accessed after you’ve completed the Speak of the Devil Main Quest. It’ll require you to heal Mlada’s husband. Read on to find out where you need to go and what you get for completing the quest.

Starting the Primum Nil Nocere Task¶

To start this task you’ll need to progress through The Thunderstone Side Quest until you meet a woman named Mlada who can be found in the town of Suchdol. She has the Thunderstone in her possession but she won’t have it over until you’ve healed her husband who can be found laying on a bed in her house.

Heal Peter¶

You’ll now want to brew yourself a Chamomile Decoction via the alchemy bench which is located in the castle to the north of the town. If you have Chamomile and Sage (both can be purchased from the nearby Grocer) in your inventory, then you’ll need to add the chamomile and boil for 1 turn and grind the sage and add it to the cauldron before pouring!

Head into the woman’s house which is situated on the southern side of the town and examine Peter who can be found in the room to the left. If you want the highest chance of success then we recommend choosing the following options: “Examine the ill man by touch”, “summarise the examination”, “you’re unnaturally anxious”, “hand over chamomile decoction” “suggest a change in diet” and finally “pray”.

Primum Nil Nocere Task Rewards¶

Once you’ve concluded your treatment you’ll want to come back in a few days and if he’s back on his feet then the quest will come to a close and The Thunderstone will be given to you as promised!
