There are 19 Main Quests to playthrough in Starfield and although that might not sound a lot compared to some other games on the market, a lot of them are relatively long and they aren’t the main focus of the game, as you can do Ship/Base Building, Bounties, Side Quests and more. If you decide to beeline the main story, then you’ll want to create regular saves as this game doesn’t give you a point of no return and will automatically take you into a New Game+. Unfortunately, upon entering New Game+ a lot of your items and stats will get reset, so you’ll want to make sure you’ve done everything you care about in your original play through.
