How to Start The Keeping The Peace Side Quest in Starfield¶
In order to start this quest you’ll want to speak with ~Sergeant Yumi who can be found standing behind the desk in the UC Security Building which is located in the Spaceport district of New Alantis. He is on a quest to recruit some people to the team of Security Officer’s to help cut down on crime. He’ll mention that he needs a package being collected and you can do it as your first job as a part-time security officer, so you’ll want to take the transit to the MAST district and proceed into the building and take the elevator to the Defense Research / Health and Human Services Floor.

When you exit the elevator, enter the room on the right and speak with 
Agent Plato who will give you the details on where to find the package. When you’ve finished asking Plato any questions you may have, take the transit back to the Spaceport, then investigate the Galbank ATM to find the package hidden away underneath the bench. Return to Sergeant Yumi and give him the package to bring the quest to a close and you’ll be rewarded some EXP and Credits for your hard work, the amounts will be based on your level.
