Top Secret is the eighth mission of the Ryujin Industries faction quest line in Starfield. This assignment leads 
Cydonia to obtain some classified information about a deal that’s currently in the works. Read below to find out the best way to obtain the information without having to spend a lot of your hard earned credits.

How to Start The Top Secret Faction Quest in Starfield¶
Before you can start the Top Secret Quest you’ll need to complete the previous quest, Maintaining the Edge and you can do that by following the steps on our Maintaining the Edge Walkthrough: How to Obtain the Schematic Undetected in Starfield. Upon completing the mission, Imogen will give you your next assignment and thats to obtain some information about a deal, so take the elevator up to the Executive Offices and meet with Ularu to find out more about the situation. You’ll now want to head to Cydonia which is located on the Mars 
Sol System.
How to Obtain The Project Dominion Files in Starfield¶
Once you’ve arrived in Cydonia, follow the waypoint until you reach Simon Ryczek, then speak with him and he’ll inform you that he has information about the Infinity LTD and 
Deimos Staryards deal. However, before he’ll consider telling you what you want to know you’ll have to either pay 10,000 Credits or do a job for him which requires killing someone that has been after him for a long time. Alternatively, you can choose the option “Persuade: Surely, that’s negotiable” and get the fee down to 8,000, but you’ll only want to do this if you level up the 
Persuasion Skill as this will increase your success rate.

Where to Find Malai Liskova in Starfield¶
If you’re like me and don’t feel like parting ways with your precious credits, then select the option “Let’s hear about this side job” and he’ll send you out to take down a mercenary named Malai Liskova. After you’ve gathered all the necessary information from Simon, travel over to the SoL System and you’ll find her ship which is called The Datura roaming around the planet Saturn. In order to take down this ship you’ll want to strip their shields by using the laser weapon and deplete their health with your missiles.
Alternatively, you can use ships that have particle weapons, as this combines the effects of both missiles and lasers, so you can take down the enemies quicker. If you find yourself struggling to take down this ship and you’re yet to get a new ship, then the best two options at this stage of the game is the 
Mantis which can be acquired by Completing the Lair of Mantis or the 
Star Eagle by completing the Freestar Collective Questline. With Malai dealt with pickup the Ember from ruble and return to Simon, then he’ll give you two slates containing interaction data and surveillance footage on the Project Dominion.

Open up your inventory and listen/read the Audio: Stanley Mcmilillan and File: Stanley Mcmillan, then head over to the opposite side of the building and enter the Deimos Staryard Corporate Quarters Room whilst crouched to avoid the guards spotting you. Hack Stanley’s Computer via digipck and select the Deimos Staryards Presentation, then download the Project Dominion File. Finally, return to Ularu, then follow her to meet Masako and the quest will come to a close.
