There are plenty of quests that you can pick up as soon as you start Tears of a Kingdom. One of the easiest ones to pick up at the beginning of the game is "Fell into a Well!" iconFell into a Well! as it’s easy to complete. On the flip side though, it’s easy to miss this quest as it’s a bit hidden. The guide below goes over how to start Fell into a well! and how to complete the quest.

Dillie has fallen into a well and needs Link’s help to get out of it.

How to Get Dillie Out of The Well

To start Fell into a Well! you will need to head towards Wetland Stable from "Lookout Landing" iconLookout Landing. Near Rebonae Bridge on the "Central Hyrule" iconCentral Hyrule side of the map, you will spot "Rebonae Bridge Well" iconRebonae Bridge Well. There will be smoke coming out of the well, jump down inside to find "Dillie" iconDillie. When you speak with him, he will tell you that the ladder out of the well is broken and that he is trapped starting Fell into a Well! you are tasked with getting him out.

Look around the well and you will see the broken ladder lying on the ground, you can pick it up with "Ultrahand" iconUltrahand. From here you simply need to fuse it with the ladder that is still intact to make a path for Dillie to escape. It doesn’t matter if the ladder doesn’t look perfect, you simply need to speak with Dillie when the two halves are collected and he will climb out. For your trouble he will give you a "Purple Rupee" iconPurple Rupee, completing the Fell into a Well! quest.
