Photographing a Chuchu - All Sayge Reference Materials

If you want to give Link a bit more customization, then you can visit the Dye Shop in !Hateno Village. There you will find an NPC named Sayge who will change your Paraglider Fabric for a small fee. Along with this, he will also give you a quest to make themed fabrics that you can’t get anywhere else in the game. Where to Find a Chuchu for Sayge in Hateno Village

When you visit Hateno Village, you will find the "Dye Shop" iconDye Shop up from Cece’s Shop and the General Goods store. When you speak with him for the first time he will give you the "Cece Fabric" iconCece Fabric. You will want to go ahead and pay 20 Rupees to change your "Paraglider" iconParaglider. After you’ve swapped, return to the shop and you will see a quest indicator floating above the shop owner.

When you speak with Sayge once again he will tell you that he is looking into making new fabrics for the paraglider. The only catch is that he needs some inspiration to make his creations. If you already have the "Camera" iconCamera, then you can start on this quest right away. If not then check out our guide here to receive the camera for free after a short quest.

(1 of 4) Find a Chuchu in the Hateno Village Well.

Once you’re ready to capture a photo of a "Chuchu" iconChuchu, head into the !Hateno Village Well. The location closest to the mayor’s house will get you near a Chuchu the fastest. There are several entrances around town. Inside you will find several Chuchu, please note that only a standard blue Chuchu will work for this quest. Make sure that the monster’s name also pops up when taking the photo or it likely won’t register with Sayge. Once you’re done taking the photo, return to the Dye Shop and speak with Sayge, after he sees the photo he will give you a free "Chuchu Fabric" iconChuchu Fabric. You will also now be able to bring him reference pictures to unlock more fabrics, the section below goes over each monster and how to find them.
