For Our Princess Walkthrough

By
Seren Morgan-Roberts

This page offers a guide on how to complete the "For Our Princess" iconFor Our Princess side adventure, found at Foothill Stable in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.

For Our Princess Side Adventure.

This is one of 12 Lucky Clover Gazette side adventures that are found by interacting with different NPCs at various stables. Before you can access any of these stable side adventures (including this one), you’ll have to speak to "Traysi" iconTraysi at the Lucky Clover Gazette outside Rito Village in the Hebra Region. You can head over to our page on All Lucky Clover Gazette side quests for more information!

How to Start For Our Princess Side Adventure

To start this side adventure, speak with "Penn" iconPenn at Foothill Stable (Map Marker). He’ll tell you that there are a group of soldiers around the stable that run around in their underwear because Zelda told them too! He asks you to check in with the soldiers at a monster den down the road and see what they’re up to.

Head down the path towards the Maw of Death and follow the path until you spot the cave up ahead. The guys in their underwear should be easy to spot!

How to Beat the Monster Forces without Equipment

When you speak with the soldiers, they’ll tell you that they’re too scared to go into the cave in just their undies! They’ll ask that you head in without any equipment or armor to deal with the enemies within!

As you head into the cave, you’ll definitely want to sneak at first. Inside you’ll find three "Bokoblin" iconBokoblins and a "Moblin" iconMoblin enemy. There’s a stick weapon leaning up against some rocks that you’ll want to equip it and use it to bash some of the wooden boxes nearby. This will alert the enemies but you should have time to grab the food inside. Then, head up the slope at the back of the cave to equip the rusty sword and fuse a boulder to it. This will add extra damage and also add some extra force and push back against the enemies. The Moblin is your main enemy in this fight but you’ll want to run around and deal with the Bokoblins first! Keep running around and hitting the boxes around the room to get different items like food and arrows - you can get good weapons by killing the Bokoblins and there are also a few weapons lying around.

When the bokoblins are all dealt with, turn your attention to the Moblin and use a stone fused weapon to knock him about. You’ll want to hit him when he’s about to charge up an attack to cancel it.

Once they’re all defeated, return to the guys outside and tell them the news of your victory. You’ll then be required to head back to the stable to speak with the others. Penn will catch up with you too and reward you with some rupees!
