Gloom Hands are one of the most horrifying enemies in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of The Kingdom. When this enemy appears, the sky turns red and five arms will chase Link down, attempting to inflict Gloom damage as long as they are on the field. You can either fight these enemies or try to escape them by running away. The guide below goes over every location that Gloom Hand will spawn in Tears of The Kingdom.
Where Do Gloom Hands Spawn?¶
Gloom Hands spawn in a variety of locations all around Hyrule. Luckily, these spawns are fixed, as is the version of Phantom Ganon that will spawn after you defeat the Gloom Hands. By learning their spawns areas you can easily know where to find them or how to avoid them. The chart below goes over each large region and where you can find Gloom Hands in them.

Keep in mind, if your not at a point in the game where you are very strong you can run away from the Gloom Hands. This is easier to do if you have a horse as this enemy is incredibly fast. For more help dealing with fighting this monster, use a Gloom resistant food dish or purchase The Depths armor set for a higher chance at surviving the fight.
