There are quite a few quests in Hebra that don’t involve Rito Village. The quests given by Meghyn and Nat are some of these. These NPCs give out three quests that are all part of a line to find a Mushroom Haven. Finding them for the first time can be a bit tricky though. Where to Find Brightcap Mushroom in Tears of The Kingdom

On your way to Lucky Clover Gazette, you can find Brightcap Cave to the south of Tama Pond and on the other side of the mountain from Oromuwak Shrine. In front of the cave, you will find the NPCs Meghyn and Nat. Upon speaking with them, the quest !Cave Mushrooms That Glow will start. All you need to do to finish this quest is bring the pair x10 Brightcaps. If you already have the mushrooms, then go ahead and hand them over. If not, then simply head into Brightcap Cave to get them.

Inside you will find a couple of monsters, a Like Like and a Horriblin. These are easy to deal with, so be sure to take them out quickly before grabbing your mushroom haul. Once you’re done, speak with Nat and Meghyn again. In exchange for the mushrooms, they will give you a Spicy Tomato Mushroom Stew. They will also move to Snowfield Stable where they will give out the next quest in their line, The Captured Tent.
