In the northeastern section of the map, on the surface, you will find Tarrey Town, a place that is quite important for your journey. There are a few quests you can find here, as well as some other services. One of the side quests you will find at !Tarrey Town is Secrets Within. This page will show you where to start this quest, as well as how to complete it.
The Secrets Within side quest is found just outside of Tarrey Town.
Where to Start Secrets Within in Tears of the Kingdom¶
The side quest itself isn’t actually in !Tarrey Town itself, as it will be found on the outskirts of the town. Just west of the town, on the map, there is an area where you will find a racing course, which is home to the side quests, 
Master the Vehicle Prototype and 
The Tarrey Town Race Is On! These aren’t important for this side quest, though, so ignore them for now. Instead, if you follow the waterway to the south, you will discover a device dispenser. Standing next to the dispenser will be a NPC, named Pulcho. Speak to him to start the side quest.
How to Complete Secrets Within in Tears of the Kingdom¶
Pulcho is perplexed by the device before him, as he doesn’t really know what it does, although he knows it fell from the sky during the Upheaval. Well, you should already know that it’s a Zonai device dispenser, as you were taught how to use these up on the Great Sky Island. You need to take some 
Zonai Charges out of your inventory and place them into the receptacle. Once you do that, Zonai devices will come out of the dispenser, and you can pick these up to place into your inventory.

For the purpose of this side quest, you will only need to use a single Zonai Charge, although this dispenser does contain some useful devices, such as the Steering Stick and Rockets. Either way, place a charge into the machine and a device will be spit out of it. Once you do this, Pulcho will be shocked that there were Zonai devices inside the thing. He will run off, after handing you a 
Sundelion, finishing this side quest. Note that if you don’t have a !Steering Stick in your inventory, grab one from this dispenser, as it’s needed for the Master the Vehicle Prototype side quest nearby.
