Investigate The Thyphlo Ruins is a side adventure in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.

To begin this side adventure, speak to Kazul who’s camping outside the Thyphlo Ruins Skyview Tower. You must have completed 
Regional Phenomena, which requires conquering the first four temples.
Kazul will show you four monoliths. Each monolith will give you a riddle and a side adventure:
To complete each side adventure, you must visit a specific location within the Thyphlo Ruins, while using the relevant Sage’s ability.

To help you, here’s a diagram showing each location you must visit.
For the owl statue, simply use Tulins Gust ability in front of it. For the two dragons, sent Yunobo charging in-between the two parallel dragons. Next, for the six dragons, use 
Sidon’s water bubble ability, then perform a charged attack with a sword. Finally, for the long dragon, use 
Riju’s lightning and shoot an arrow.
If done correctly, a treasure chest will rise up from a nearby square tile. Claim the chest contents to complete the side adventure.

After all four have been completed, a fifth square tile will rise up at the point marked with a 5 on the diagram: map marker
Here, you’ll find an entrance to an underground passage. Inside, there’s a chest with a 
Dusk Claymore and a final monolith that Kazul has been looking for. Examine the monolith to complete the side adventure, earning you a 
Large Zonai Charge, 
Big Battery (Capsule) and 
Diamond. On top of the treasure you found along the way!
