The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

How to Complete Sikukuu Shrine

By
Jacob Woodward

Most of the shrines in Tears of the Kingdom require you to use a combination of the new abilities given to you in order to complete the challenges within. The "Sikukuu Shrine" iconSikukuu Shrine is no different here but can still be complicated if you haven’t got accustomed to Link’s new powers.

To help you out, we’ve not only completed the shrine but also written up a full walkthrough below on how to complete it so you can speed through this short but sweet puzzle and onto the next shrine on your list.

Where to find Sikukuu Shrine in Tears of the Kingdom

You can find the Sikukuu Shrine in the Eldin Mountains.

Before getting into how to complete it, if you haven’t managed to locate the Sikukuu Shrine, you’re going to be heading to the north portion of the surface for this one.

This is because you’ll be going to Eldin Mountains in order to find the shrine, situated north of the Great Hyrule Forest.

To aid you in your efforts finding the Sikukuu Shrine, here is a map marker from our interactive map, taking you right to it.

How to Complete Sikukuu Shrine in Tears of the Kingdom

Once you’ve got yourself to the shrine’s entrance, now it’s time to take on the puzzle that’s held within. As previously stated, this one is a test of Link’s abilities so brace yourselves for that.

As you head into the shrine, you’re greeted by a huge cog in front of a locked door. You should also be able to spot a bowl on the right-hand side where a ball needs to go. This ball, however, is not on the ground but instead, is on the cog itself, requiring you to do some meddling.

What you need to do here is simply use "Recall" iconRecall on the cog, and after a couple of turns, the ball should drop right out and into the bowl. If it doesn’t, and simply lands on the ground, give it a helping hand with "Ultrahand" iconUltrahand. This should complete this area and open the door.

Once you’re through, you’ll be presented with more cogs. You’ll be using a similar tactic here but instead of looking for a ball, you’ll be using the larger of the cogs to boost yourself up to the elevated level.

To do this, you’ll need to use Ultrahand on the handle where the two smaller cogs are situated. Rotate this clockwise a few times. Then, place yourself on one of the larger cog’s spokes and use Recall on it. This should start to take you upward, allowing you to then get off at the next level, where the shrine’s exit is also located. Grab your !Light Of Blessing and head on out!
