If you want to collect all the armor in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of The Kingdom, then you need to visit 
Kilton’s shop. This can only be unlocked after completing the side adventure, The Search For Koltin, which takes you to Tarry Town. This is a short side adventure that can easily be completed in a matter of minutes once you know Koltin’s location. The guide below goes over every place that Koltin spawns in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of The Kingdom.

Where to Find Koltin¶
After completing the side adventure, The Hunt For Bubbul Gems! both Kilton and 
Koltin will set off on their own. This immediately starts the quest, The Search For Koltin. To complete this quest, you must travel to Tarry Town in Akkala. This is located east of Pico Pond. Once there, you can find Kilton near the village square, he will be standing in front of a large display. Speaking with him will reveal that Koltin appears on the hill across from town every night.

From here, you simply need to wait until it’s dark out and look for the glowing balloons on the hillside. Once you see them, teleport over to the 
Ulri Mountain Skyview Tower and walk over to Koltin. He will tell you that he is now trading a large assortment of armor and monster parts, including the Mystic Armor, for 
Bubbul Gems. You will be able to find him on this hill every night, so make sure to come back when you have enough Bubbul Gems to Trade. These can be obtained from the Bubbul Frogs that you find in caves around Hyrule. In addition to the hill outside of Tarry Town, !Kolton will also appear at the following locations.
- South of Lookout Landing
- Southeast of Snowfield Stable
- East of Faron Woods
- Isle of Rabac
- Southeast of the Gerudo Desert Gateway
Koltin can appear at each of these locations as soon as The Search for Koltin begins. If it’s night and you haven’t seen him by 12 pm then use an Inn to skip to the next day. Koltin shows up even if it’s raining so spotting him should be easy.
