Molli The Fletcher’s Quest is one of the shortest side quests in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of The Kingdom. This can be done as soon as you arrive at Rito Village, making it one of the few side quests that you can do before completing the Wind Temple. Where to Get An Ice Fruit For Molli¶
You can find Molli in !Rito Village near the Weapon Shop and accept the quest, 
Molli The Fletcher’s Quest once you listen to the song about the ship, the children, including Molli, run off. All you need to do to complete this quest is give Molli an 
Ice Fruit. These can be found all over the Hebra region, and you likely already have one in your inventory. Alternatively Molli will also take 
White Chuchu Jelly, which only takes a slight bit more effort to get ahold of in Hebra. Regardless of which one you choose to find, the quest should take just a couple of minutes to complete.
If you don’t have the item right away, then just carry on with exploring and you will find them in no time. Once you have one of these items, speak with Molli again. For your hard work, she will give Link x10 
Arrows, a small reward for a small task.
