This is a guide for all the places to visit with Nia in Xenoblade Chronicles 3. Where to obtain Nia’s Memories.
After recruiting Nia, the game will suggest visiting certain places in Aionios with Nia in your party. If you go through the in-game maps, these places will show up as new quest-related markers. However, understandably, looking for them can be a chore.
Memory 1: Archaic Tower¶

The first place to visit is the Archaic Tower at High Maktha Wildwood in the Pentelas Region. It’s where you camped right before the Ethel and Cammuravi boss fight. You can fast-travel to the Tower Camp rest spot to get there in a jiffy.
Memory 2: Ascension Grounds¶

Next, set your sights on the Ascension Grounds atop Agnus Castle. We can’t imagine you’ve forgotten this place, but it’s where Mio’s “Homecoming” was performed at the end of Chapter 5. The quest-related marker is around the place where you fought N.
Memory 3: Saffronia Tree¶

For the third location, you should revisit the Saffronia Tree at Rae-Bel Tableland in the Fornis Region. This is where Taion briefly paused to reminisce about Nimue. If you fast-travel to the Saffronia Tree landmark, you’ll instantly trigger the event.
Memory 4: Memorial Hall¶

The fourth and final location is Memorial Hall at the City. If you fast-travel to the landmark, the quest-related marker will be right behind you.
What to do with all 4 Memories¶
Having acquired all four pieces of Nia’s Memory, you can discuss the topic at a rest spot. However, until Mio has acquired Rank 10 in Nia’s Lifesage class, nothing will come from the discussion.
