This is a guide for the “Exhausted Supplies” standard quest in Xenoblade Chronicles 3. It’ll navigate you through the necessary steps to Medicinal Herbs and Full-Bodied Ardun Meat.

How to Start the Exhausted Supplies Standard Quest¶
Progress through the game until you reach Chapter 3 and work your way through the Eagnus Wilderness until you find Colony 4. Help out Ethel in the No Want of Courage Hero Quest, then you’ll gain access to more Standard Quests around Colony 4. In order to unlock the Exhausted Supplies quest you’ll need to complete both Dorin and Bambam and Charity and Hypocrisy, then head up to the second floor of the Feronis and listen in on the two conversations by holding 
.
You’ll be given info fragments for Colony 4 Nopon and Irritation, so return to the Barracks or the Canteen and discuss them both for the Dorin And Bambam and Exhausted Supplies Standard Quests.
Where To Find Medicinal Herbs and Flowers¶
After you’ve unlocked the quest, speak with Solon who can be found standing near a tent near the Colony 4 Barracks. Here you’ll find out that the procurement division is struggling to keep up with supply requests, so Solon would like you to speak with Mikoko and Brunella to see how you can help.

To begin, speak with Brunella who can be found standing near the barracks nearby and she’ll get straight to business and request some Medicinal Herbs and Flowers. Interact with her and you’ll be given a menu where you can use the listed items to fill the progress bar at the top. However, some items offer a higher percentage which you can find below:

Most of these items can be found all around the world, so as you’re exploring, make sure you pick up every shiny and you should have enough to fill up the bar. Once you’ve given her all of the items, follow her to Oleshandra to complete this step.
Where To Find Full-Bodied Ardun Meat¶
Next up, head over to the Colony 4 Soldiers Outpost and speak with Mikoko who can be found hiding behind some boxes. Here you’ll find out that Mikoko really needs ingredients, such as Meats, Vegetables and Fruits to help make delicious food, so it wants your help finding them. Like with Brunella Interact with Mikoko and you’ll be given a menu where you can use the listed items to fill the progress bar at the top.

Here you’ll want to offer Mikoko Full-Bodied Ardun Meat, as it offers 20% towards the progress bar. You can get your hands on this meat by heading southeast of Colony to reach the Llyn Nyddwr Camp Rest Spot, then take out the Massido Arduns. Finally, deliver the items to Mikoko, then return to Solon to bring this quest to a close.
