Lambda’s off-seer seemed to have gone to the Fornis Region through the tunnels, but no search party has been sent out. In light of this, go look for him instead.
How to Start The Lost Off-Seer Standard Quest¶
To begin this quest, progress through the game until you reach Chapter 4, then walk around Colony Lambda’s whilst listening in on conversations by pressing 
until you are given two info fragments called “Missing Off-Seer”. Return to the Lambda Shelter Rest and discuss to begin this quest!
Where To Find Shijima in Xenoblade Chronicles 3¶
Leave the rest spot and fast travel back to the Fornis Region via the Urayan Tunnels, Entrance Landmark, then follow the path along to the northwest to find Moraine standing near the cliff-edge overlooking the stunning view. Here you discover that the missing off-seer named Shijima has wandered off towards a castle in Eagus Wilderness, as they seem a bit lost after the Flame Clock has been destroyed.

After the conversation has come to a close, walk or fast travel over to the Zem’s Crossway Landmark, then follow the path along to the southeast and speak with Shijima to see what the issue is. Sadly, Shijima wandered off into the desert as he hoped that if he dies at least he’ll be alone. Thankfully, Noah and the team change his mind, so return to Urayan Tunnels and speak with Moraine.
Upon arriving you’ll notice Moraine is surrounded by Agnus Soldier, so help her out. If you’re around their level then you shouldn’t have much of a problem trying to take them down, so focus on the same target and use buffs to deplete their health quickly. Finally, speak with Moraine who can be found hiding behind a rock and the quest will come to a close.
