Exploring Great Cotte Falls (Part 1)

By
Vincent Lau

This is a guide for Chapter 4 of Xenoblade Chronicles 3, covering the first part of the Great Cotte Falls in the Pentelas Region.

(1 of 2) The Great Cotte Falls is a majesty to behold.

The Great Cotte Falls is a majesty to behold. (left), That’s a pretty scary-looking roadblock. (right)

Where to go at Great Cotte Falls

Now that peace has returned to Colony Lambda, the party can continue their journey to Swordmarch. Before that though, you may want to check around Colony Lambda one more time to obtain new gossip–in other words, Info Fragments. Once you’re ready, exit the colony and head south towards the slope, which leads to Muroon Bridge, arching across the end of the waterfalls.

Past Muroon Bridge, there’s another entrance to the Urayan Tunnels towards the north-west. If you accepted Isurd’s Hero Quest, you should go that way. Along the east side of the path, some tough Agnian forces led by Sequoia are loitering around, if you started Alexandria’s Hero Quest. Further north, past the walkway above the Aquifer Exhaust is a rather intimidating looking dragon.

Looks like we’ll have to deal with this nasty thing before we explore the rest of the Great Cotte Falls…
