How to Start The True Culprit? Standard Quest¶
This quest is a part of the Rebuilding Dorrick side quest storyline and it is the fifth phase out of ten phases. You’ll need to have completed the fourth phase prior to being able to accept this quest.
The first thing you’ll want to do is head up to the upper level of Colony 30. Here, you’ll find some people talking about a Nopon called Pulipuli and you’ll receive the info fragment ‘The Real Perpetrator’. Discuss the info fragment at a rest point and you’ll begin the standard quest, The True Culprit?
Pulipuli is a suspicious little Nopon.
How to Complete The True Culprit? Standard Quest¶
Your first task during this standard quest is to speak to Pulipuli, who can be found in the Colony 30 Maintenance Bay. When you speak to Pulipuli, he’ll run away - a bit suspicious!
You’ll be prompted to follow his tracks - so firstly, interact with the ground then follow the tracks down the ladder to the waters beneath the colony. Swim across the waters to the Beik Vault to the southwest and climb the vines to the top. Follow the tracks until you reach another set of climbable vines that’ll bring you up to Paltir Hillock where you’ll find Pulipuli. After a conversation with him which reveals his nefarious intentions, you’ll need to return to Yuzet in Colony 30 and tell him what you’ve learned of Pulipuli.

After a conversation with Yuzet, Valdi and Pulipuli, all is seemingly forgiven and you’ll finish up the quest. You’ll be rewarded the following:
