To get this quest, you will need to have finished the Hero Quest, A Twist of Fate. Once you’ve done that, head to Colony 9 in the Aetia Region and look for two pieces of Info. One will be just west of the Canteen, while the other is by the colony shop. This will net you the News of Eilis Info, so discuss it to begin the quest.

How to Complete A Chance Encounter Standard Quest¶

The party, and colony, is worried about Eilis, who seems to have gone out and hasn’t come back yet. She mentioned Hope’s Rest, but the party decides to check out the prison in Cadensia. Fast travel to the Prison Camp, Freight Gate landmark and go inside the Perimeter Woodland for a cutscene. Some other NPCs appear and help to fix Eilis’ Levnis, but they are trying to gather some items. You decide to help out here, with you needing to find 10 each of the following items: Stavepetals, Titanic Bee Hives, and Sodie Stones.

Despite what you may think, this quest is very easy and you don’t really need to go hunting crazily for these items. That’s because they are all found in the Perimeter Woodland and you’ll get all of the items you need at each marker. When you go to each marker, you will view a short scene, with you obtaining a specific number of that item from the NPC there. Afterward, you just pick up the rest of the items off the ground, then move on to the next marker/item. Do this for all three items, then return to the Levnis’ location to finish the quest.
