When does the Collectopaedia Card Unlock for Laurea¶
Laurea is a member of Colony 9, but you won’t get this Collectopaedia Card right away, like the others. You will have to wait until you reach Chapter 3 of the main story and have liberated Colony 4. This is when you should unlock the ability to collect Info Fragments, allowing you to get one in Colony 4 about Colony 9 Lately. This will unlock the ability to do the Hero Quest, Where the Heart Is. Upon completing it and speaking to Laurea in Colony 9, you will unlock this Collectopaedia Card.
Where to Find Rockabye Basalt¶
The Rockabye Basalt is a fairly common item in the Melnath’s Shoulder area of the Aetia Region, particularly the Melnath’s Pass, Upper Area and beyond. Basically, after exiting Colony Gamma and exploring the northern section, you should be finding these quite often.
Where to Find Matryos Carbon¶
The Matryos Carbon is a fairly common item in the Melnath’s Shoulder area of the Aetia Region, particularly the Melnath’s Pass, Upper Area and beyond. Basically, after exiting Colony Gamma and exploring the northern section, you should be finding these quite often. You will need three of these for this Card.
Where to Find Flake Crystal¶
The Flake Crystal is a fairly common item in the Melnath’s Shoulder area of the Aetia Region, particularly the Melnath’s Pass, Lower area. If you venture beyond that point, the drops from the collectibles seem to change, and you will no longer be able to find Flake Crystals from the same type of item pickup.
Where to Find Bezoarite¶
The Bezoarite is a fairly common item that is found in both Millick Meadows, as well as Melnath’s Shoulder. In the latter area, you will see it commonly in the Melnath’s Pass, Lower area. If you venture beyond that point, the drops from the collectibles seem to change, and you will no longer be able to find Bezoarite from the same type of item pickup.
Look in the Lower area of Melnath’s Pass to find the Dilemma Rock
Where to Find Dilemma Rock¶
The Dilemma Rock is a Legendary-rank item that is going to be found in the Melnath’s Shoulder area of the map, particularly in the Melnath’s Pass, Lower area. It might take a few tries to actually get one of these, since they can be a bit elusive, but you can fall off a cliff and into the void to easily reset item pickups. If you venture beyond that point, the drops from the collectibles seem to change, so stick to the lower area.

Repeat Rewards¶
You will be able to continually register the items to the Collectopaedia Card, provided you have them in your inventory. Note that the rewards for repeating the Card are lower than during the first hand-in reward.
