When does the Collectopaedia Card Unlock for Eilis¶

You will be able to find the Collectopaedia Card for Eilis in your Quest log once you depart from Colony 9 in the beginning of the game, after arriving there for the first time. As you’re leaving there to go on your mission, you will receive a message from Roald, who mentions about some more Collectopaedia Cards from your fellow soldiers.

Where to Find Blue Chain in Xenoblade 3¶

This is one of the easier Collectopaedia Cards in the game, since you only need to find a single item, or rather, two of a single item. The Blue Chain is a Collectable that you will find in the Yzana Plains area of the Aetia Region. Specifically, if you want to narrow your search down a little bit, look in the area surrounding Colony 9. Make sure you look for the gear-like items whenever they reveal themselves to you. There only appears to be a single item of this type in that area, so it should be pretty quick to find the Blue Chains.
