This is a guide for the postgame quests in Xenoblade Chronicles 3, explaining how to recruit Nia, Queen of Agnus.
How to Recruit Nia¶

After defeating Z Infinity and completing the game, make sure to save the game when prompted. This will create a completed save file, with a Flame Clock icon next to it.
If you continue from the completed save file, two new quest-related events will appear on the world map, related to the two postgame Heroes–one of which we’ll be discussing next.

Nia’s quest-related marker is located right near the Hall of the Serene at the Cloudkeep in the upper Aetia Region. Basically where you first met her during the main story.
When you approach the marker, Nia will be posing around in her new, old duds. After some back and forth, the Queen of Agnus–who, mind you, is definitely not bored from being stuck in the Cloudkeep–decides to accompany Noah’s group.
This will unlock Nia as a Hero and add her Lifesage class to Mio’s class list.
