This is a guide for the “A Warrior’s Pride” standard quest in Xenoblade Chronicles 3. It’ll navigate you through the necessary steps to finding Widow and defeat the Kevesi Forces.

How to Start the A Warrior’s Pride Standard Quest¶

Progress through the game until you reach Chapter 4 and work your way through the Great Cotte Falls, then continue onwards until you reach High Maktha Wildwood. Here you’ll ambushed by a team from Colony Tau which will trigger the Hero Quest, Natural Selection which will unlock the Rope Sliding ability. Continue working your way through High Maktha Wildwood until you reach Syra Hovering Reefs. Here you’ll need to complete the Hero Quest, The Wrath of Ashera to gain access to Colony 11.

Walk around Colony 11 and listen into conversations by pressing until you are given the “Zoren’s Unit” Info Fragment, then discuss it at the Colony 11 Canteen to unlock this quest!

Where To Find Widow in Xenoblade Chronicles 3¶

After you’ve unlocked the quest, approach the Colony 11: West Gate to trigger a cutscene. Here you’ll realize that Zorens Unit has already left for Colony Lambda. Noah and the team has connections with Colony Lambda so they need to intervene, so Fast Travel over to the Penshia Portal Landmark and enter the Pentellas Region then Fast Travel to the Aquifer Exhaust Landmark and head southeast to reach Colony Lambda.

You’ll discover that Zoren has already given the go ahead for the attack on Colony Lambda, but before Noah can try and talk them out of it you’ll need to go through Widow. To begin, you’ll need to find Widow which can be done by fast traveling to the Myma Gate Landmark and following the path around to the south and climbing up the vines.

Now that you’ve played her little game she’ll contact Zoren to arrange a conversation. Unfortunately, Zoren isn’t backing down from a battle, so I guess Noah and team need to stop them the hard way. Work your way back down to the entrance of Colony Lambda and Eunie will work on getting Zoren to focus their attack on the Kevesi forces.

After the scene has come to a close you’ll need to help defeat three waves of Kevesi Forces, so focus target on the Rescuers to prevent them from healing the others, then focus on taking town the human enemies before increasing your damage with attack up buffs and use fusion attacks to deal more damage to the Levnises.
