How to Start Nopon Register¶
This quest can be accepted from Shillshill at Viliera Hill once you’ve completed the standard quest, The Hillside Hulk. She will ask you to speak to and register all 19 Nopon Caravans by accepting their pebbles.

This is definitely a long winded standard quest, and you’ll only be able to complete it by unlocking new areas through progressing in the main game. Don’t expect to be finishing this quest any time soon!
