Head Northeast of Jueyun Karst and interact with the Ruin Table to begin this quest. Now you’ll need to collect three keys which are scattered in locations shown above. The one on the right can just be collected out in the open, the one to the north requires you to defeat all enemies to enter the tent and the third to the south will require you to enter the tower from above. To do this you’ll want to climb the nearby mountain and glide down.
