Steps¶

1. Talk to Ms. Bai
2. Talk to Jiangcheng
3. Use Anemo or Hydro to help Jiangcheng clean the house
4. Hang the Xiao Lantern on the house
5. Follow Ms. Bai back to the mill

Talk to Ms. Bai / Clean the house and hang a Xiao Lantern¶

Upon completing Light Upon the Sea, travel to Qingce Village and speak with Ms. Bai. After the conversation has come to a close, go over to the blue marker to find Jiangcheng standing by his house. Talk to him, then use an anemo character to clean up the dirt, then climb up to the top of the building and hang a Xiao Lantern.

Once you’re done, speak with Jiangcheng once more, then chat to Ms. Bai in the village and give her a Xiao Lantern to bring the quest to a close.
