What is Don’t Sweat It?¶
This is the second challenge of the Contending Tides Event, you will compete in the Dadaupa Gorge’s Meaty Arena and face off against Hydro Slimes. This guide will help you pick a strong enough party to complete all challenges on the hardest difficulties, of which there are three available, Normal, Hard and Extreme.

Arena Effect¶
The proportion of conductive substances within the sweat from your battle-worn brow is less than one percent!
The DMG dealt by Electro-Charged reactions is greatly increased. Additionally, characters will unleash intense shockwaves when they trigger Electro-Charged reactions!
Electro-Charged reaction DMG dealt to opponents is increased by 150%. When characters trigger Electro-Charged reactions on opponents, a shockwave will be unleashed, dealing AoE DMG. A shockwave of this kind can occur once every 4s.
Make sure the enemies are constantly getting hit by Electro, so you can exploit the Arena Effect.
Completion Criteria¶
Normal¶
- Defeat 20 opponents in 300 seconds.
- Time between kills cannot exceed 25s.
- No more than 2 character deaths during the challenge.
Hard¶
- Defeat 25 opponents in 240 seconds.
- Time between kills cannot exceed 25s.
- No more than 1 character death during the challenge.
Extreme¶
- Defeat 30 opponents in 180 seconds.
- Time between kills cannot exceed 20s.
- No character deaths during the challenge.

Strategy¶
Premium Team¶
You want to exploit the Arena Effect as much as possible so you’ll want to stay as Keqing for most of the battle so you can trigger the Electro-Charged status, thus dealing more damage. The hardest part of the challenge is the “Time between kills cannot exceed…”. What you want to do is focus on taking down the Large Hydro Slimes whilst defeating the smaller slimes when your time gets low.
Start the battle as Zhongli and use his Elemental Skill to give yourself a shield, this will negate a large portion of damage towards you.
Change over to Keqing and use her Elemental Skill to spread Electro-Charged around the enemies, now switch over to Ganyu and use her Elemental Skill to taunt the melee enemies, then alternated between all the party members using their Elemental Skills and Bursts off cooldown whilst keeping your shield up with Zhongli. Keqing will be key for this battle.
Free to Play Team¶

What you want to do is focus on taking down the Large Hydro Slimes whilst defeating the smaller slimes when your time gets low.
Start the battle as Noelle and use her Elemental Skill to give yourself a shield, this will negate a large portion of damage towards you.
Switch over to Fischl and use her Elemental Skill to get Oz out who will periodically attack enemies with Electro, this’ll trigger Electro-Charged. Attack all the different enemies to makes sure they’re hit by the Electro, and then change over to Chongyun and lay down his Elemental Skill to cover the Arena with Cryo and then hit a few of the enemies to freeze the enemies, this’ll also trigger the Superconduct effect which will deal small AOE Cryo damage and reduce the enemies physical resistance by 50.
Now switch to Bennett and use his skills off cooldown although you may want to save his Elemental Burst for healing. Alternate between all the characters to keep these effects up whilst also keeping your shield up from Noelle.
Completing the challenges on the highest difficulty will also complete the lower difficulties too.
