Steps¶
- Talk to Hongyu
- Head to the designated location to collect the Xiao Lantern
- Defeat the enraged Hilichurls
- Talk to Flash-Fist Ling
- Report back to Hongyu
Talk to Hongyu / Head to the designated locations to collect the Xiao Lanterns¶
Upon completing Currents Deep Beneath the Lanterns, speak with Hongyu who can be found standing on the stairs nearby the ministry of civil affairs building. After the conversation has come to a close, travel to Mt. Tianheng and climb up the branch to collect the first Lantern, then go to the Fast Travel to the Southeast of Lingju Pass and climb the nearby mountain to find the second Lantern.

Head to the orange circles around the maps (left), and collect the three lanterns. (right)
From here, travel to Jueyun Karst and defeat the nearby enraged Hilichurls and then speak with Flash-Fist Ling before collecting the last Xiao Lantern. Finally, return to Hongyu to complete this quest.
