What are the benefits of Companions¶

At first, you’ll only be able to place one Companion in your realm, when your Trust Rank is increased, you can have up to eight Companions placed in your realm. Whilst they’re in your realm, they will generate Companionship experience through the Realm Bounty system, this works similar to Realm Currency, where at first you’ll be limited to earning 2 EXP an hour until you increase your Adeptal Energy Rank, at max rank, it can increase to 5 EXP an hour. This stores over time until you distribute it to your companions.

You can find what companions are hosted, and whether you have any experience by talking to Tubby, and going to the Trust Rank screen, down the bottom, you’ll see the character icons with a chest to the right of them, if the chest is glowing purple, you can distribute the experience evenly to the companions listed there. Some companions have favorite furnishing sets, and if they’re placed in them, you can get some unique dialogue, and even gifts from them. When placed in your realm, Companions are considered furnishings, and have a load cost of 1,200 and give you 300 Adeptal Energy for each one placed.

Gift Sets¶

Each Companion has two favorite furnishing sets, you can invite them by going to the center of the set and clicking the prompt. They can also invite themselves if they’re already in your realm whilst you place their favourite set. You can also get unique dialogue by talking to them withing their set, and will reward you with some Primogems, Mora, and an Ascenion material, to find out exactly what the rewards are, go to our Gift Sets Rewards page. There are currently 15 Gift sets available, and each gift set can host only one Companion.
