Description¶
Peace talks between Watatsumi Island and the Tenryou Commission are due to commence, but a rumor that the Tenryou Commission remains in cahoots with the Fatui is still circulating around the island. To uncover the truth, Kokomi decides to assault Fatui’s temporary encampment…
While on your walk around Watatsumi Island, many residents come to chat with Kokomi. You sense there’s something… odd about her response.

Go to the temporary Fatui Camp¶
Defeat the Fatui in the camp¶
Once you’ve listened to Naruse’s defense you join Kokomi on her investigation. Your first stop is at the Hilichurl Camp which is located southwest of the Borou Village. Upon arrival, select one of the three strategies you prefer then drop into the camp and take out the Fatui whilst making use of Kokomi’s abilities.
Investigate the temporary Fatui Camp¶
After the enemies have been cleared out of the area you’ll need to investigate the boat and barrels to find out they contain the Tenryou Commission Emblem. Inform Kokomi with the information you have gathered, then return to the Village entrance and Kokomi will tell Naruse that he is free of the original allegation but isn’t out of the water just yet, as holding onto supplies goes against the Post-War Recovery Decree.

Finally, walk alongside Kokomi to the Sangonomiya Shrine to take back the supplies you took back. Along the way Kokomi tells you some history about the Shrines of Watatsumi Island, but before she gets to finish she gets interrupted by Youkou followed by a group of other citizens. Unfortunately, you are unable to continue your walk with Kokomi, as the Shrine Maiden, Izumi mentions that she has to attend a meeting which then brings this quest to a close.
