How to complete Independent Actions¶
To begin this quest, go to the Quest menu, then go to the Story sub-menu and then go to the second page. This is where you will find all the Hangout Events in the future. Click on Chongyun and confirm, a popup will now appear and ask if you want to spend two story keys to unlock “Signs of Evil”, confirm that, and you’ll get the first quest. To earn Story Keys, you need to complete eight daily commissions.
What are daily commissions?¶
Daily commissions are the purple quest icon in-game. You get four every day, and they reward you with 250 Adventure EXP for each quest as well as a small amount of Primogems, after eight of these commissions are completed, you’ll receive a story key. The quests themselves are normally short, defeat enemy type quests.

Split up with Chongyun and look for evil spirits¶
Teleport to the lower Wuwang Hill Waypoint and head northeast until you reach the dilapidated house, just to the left of it, you’ll spot a ghost named Qianqian.
Talk to Qianqian¶
Speak to her for a scene, and she’ll begin sobbing, she’ll tell you that the blue-haired exorcist is scaring her with all his yang energy. You’ll get a few choices, but nothing that will change any outcome, and you’ll agree to help her, but won’t promise her anything.
Talk to Chongyun about Qianqian¶
Head west a little, and speak to Chongyun, who can be found talking to Zhouliang and Fu San’er. Approach them, and you’ll get a scene. Zhouliang will tell Chongyun that the other participants are starting to complain, Fu San’er will agree with him and ask why is an Exorcist showing up at the Test of Courage and tell everyone that there are no ghosts. Chongyun will bite back, asking if it’s ethical business practice charging participants Mora if there aren’t any ghosts here, he then proceeds to call the Test of Courage a scam.
A few seconds later, the participants run past them, screaming that there’s a ghost. You’ll tell Chongyun about the little ghost girl you saw, and explain to him what’s going on. He agrees to leave the girl in peace as long as she doesn’t cause any harm. After the scene ends, so will the Hangout, rewarding you with Ending 5 - Goodbyes.
