How to complete The Church’s Affairs¶

This page is a walkthrough for the quest The Church’s Affairs, it will navigate you through all the choices to get all possible endings using our Timeline images to help you with the navigation.

Leave Wolvendom with Barbara¶

Follow Barbara to the outskirts of Wolvendom and walk to the objective marker, you’ll get a scene and then Barbara will say… “And besides, there’s a lot of matters I still need to take care of back at the Cathedral… It would be better if I let her know the situation”. This will give you two choices:

“Perhaps it’d be better for you to tell her yourself…”¶

This choice will end the Hangout as Barbara will assume you’re too busy to help her.

“Leave it to us!”¶

This choice continues the quest leading you to “Cleanliness First”

Cleanliness First¶

Head back to the upper Mondstadt waypoint and glide northwest, towards the Cathedral, and speak with Sister Victoria. You’ll get two choices but they both lead to the same outcome so choose whatever you fancy. After some more dialogue, you’ll find out that Barbara is responsible for a lot of the cleaning at the Church. Agree to help her out by cleaning it yourself.

Clean the Cathedral grounds (0/4)¶

Head towards the Cathedral entrance and then swing a left around the outside, and you’ll notice four piles of leaves waiting for you to clean up. Change to an Anemo or Pyro character and use their Skills on the leaves. Once you are finished, head back to Sister Victoria, and you’ll be greeted by Barbara.

Deaconess’s Gratitude¶

Barbara will thank you for your hard work, and then she’ll ask if she can treat you by buying a drink, eventually she’ll ask: “Which would you like to drink?” You’ll get these two choices to answer her:

“Fantastic Summer-Serendipity Coral Sparkling Tea does sound pretty amazing.”¶

This will take you to Branch 6-C - The Cat Tail’s Specialty.

“I would like to try your special Chilibrew!”¶

This will give you two more options:

“Alright, let’s split up.”¶

This will take you to Branch 6-A - Barbara’s Home-Made Chilibrew.

“I think it’d be better if we stick together.”¶

This will take you to Branch 6-B - The Second Chilibrew Ingredient.

Branch 6-A - Barbara’s Home-Made Chilibrew¶
