There is four torches to light up just outside the Domain. If you follow the Seelie near there which will lead you to the torches, light up all four and then have a Geo character unlock the pillar outside the Domain.

The Geo pillar outside the domain is the final part of the puzzle, use a Geo skill to activate it

Ley Line Disorder

Level	Ley Line Disorder
I	The duration of the Frozen status effect is greatly increased. When Superconduct is triggered, an Energy Blast will occur dealing DMG to surrounding enemies.
II	When Melt is triggered, an Energy Blast will occur, dealing DMG to surrounding enemies. When Overloaded is triggered, you will be hit by a powerful blast, causing your character to take DMG.
III	When Superconduct is triggered, an Energy Blast will occur dealing DMG to surrounding enemies. When Overloaded is triggered, you will be hit by a powerful blast, causing your character to take DMG.
IV	When Melt is triggered, an Energy Blast will occur dealing DMG to surrounding enemies. When Overloaded is triggered, you will be hit by a powerful blast, causing your character to take DMG.

Recommended Party

Once you get to Altar III and IV at Adventure Rank 30 and 40 you will need to bring in a specific party because the higher tiers can be difficult to finish in the allotted time. Each level of the domain will require different setups.

Domain of Blessing: Frost I

Bring at least two Cryo members and one Electro member to maximize the effects from the Ley Line Disorder. The Cryo members job is to keep the enemies locked down with the Frozen status effect which will stop them from moving and the Electro member to trigger the Superconduct status which will send out an AoE energy blast due to the Ley Line bonus. Top it off with an Anemo member to spread the effects with Swirl.

Domain of Blessing: Frost II

Pyro is the dominant element here, bring one or two Hydro members to break the Abyss Mages shield, a Cryo member for the Frozen status effect when combined with the Hydro member and a Electro and Pyro for the Overload damage bonus from the Ley Line Disorder.

Domain of Blessing: Frost III

Most enemies on this floor are Electro. Hydro and Pyro shine here because they can take advantage of the Ley Line Disorders with Superconduct and Overload. The toughest enemy on this floor is the Electro Cicin Mage because it can summon up to three more enemies to aid them, these should be your priority.

Domain of Blessing: Frost IV

This floor has a Pyro Elemental Node which will buff the enemies throughout the battle, this can be removed by applying the Hydro element.

So with that said, bring a couple of Hydro members to deal with the Abyss Mages shields quickly. An Electro member for the Overload Leyline bonus and a Cryo member for the Melt damage bonus.
