Description¶

The storm in Liyue harbor has passed, and all aspects of life within the city are slowly undergoing changes… For Ivanovich, this means working hard to adapt to said changes…

Talk to Ivanovich / Copy down the bulletin concerning business permits¶

Once you’ve completed A New Star Approaches, speak with Ivanovich who can be found at his stall in Liyue. After the conversation has come to a close, head up the stairs and interact with the Bulletin Board which is located outside the Military of Civil Affairs building. Here you’ll want to click “Look for news about new business permit applications”, then give the information to Ivanovich.

Collect the business information from the bulletin board (left), then give the correct paperwork to Nervous An and Jiayi. (right)

Now walk east of the Stall and you’ll find Nervous An walking around. Give him the “Approved Exit Permit”, then give Jiayi the “Business Premises and Safety Certificates’’ who can be found roaming around outside the Military of Civil Affairs building. Finally, go up to the stairs of the building to the left of the Military of Civil Affairs building, then give Clerk Zhao the “Old Business Permit.” before returning to Ivanovich to bring this quest to a close.
