1. Talk to Vermeer
2. Talk to Granny Ruoxin
3. Talk to Qingzhou
4. Follow Qingzhou
5. Talk to the children

Talk to Vermeer¶

Upon completing Light Upon the Sea, go the Fast Travel located north of Liyue Harbor and speak with Vermeer who can be found overlooking the ocean. After the conversation has come to a close, return to Qingce Village and talk to Granny Ruoxin. Now go to the Fast Travel located west of Qingce Village and chat to Qingzhou.

Go to the three marked locations and gaze over the scenery (left), then hang up the lantern at the offering site (right)

After you’ve finished talking, go to the three marked areas on your map, then return to the location where you first spoke to Qingzhour and chat to the children. Finally, place the lantern, then return to Qingce Village and speak to Vermeer followed by Granny Ruoxin to complete the quest.
