This is a walkthrough for the World Quest, Chisato’s Letter. It’ll navigate you through the necessary steps to acquiring the Travel Permit and Snacks.

Steps¶
Find Kujou Kamaji¶
Once you’ve completed the Archon Quest Ritou’s Escape Plan, travel to Inazuma City and speak with Kujou Kamaji to give Hiiragi Chisato’s Letter to him in the center of the area. As he trusts the letter is truly from Chisato he’ll agree to sort out the Travel Permit.

Head to the Kiminami Restaurant which is located to the northwest of Inazuma City (left), then speak with Kiminami Anna to acquire the Snack Box and Travel Permit. (right)
Go to Kiminami Restaurant to collect the snacks¶
However in return he’ll request a favor from you to collect some snacks from Kiminami Restaurant which is located at the northwest point of the city to give to Hiiragi Chisato as he cannot due to his fathers strict rules. Upon collecting the Travel Permit and Snack Box, return to Ritou and speak with Chisato to bring this quest to a close.
