Changchang from Liyue Harbor is looking for someone to get some food for a little puppy…

Talk to Changchang / Feed the dog a serving of Fowl¶

Once you’ve completed A New Star Approaches, set the time between 6am-7pm and enter Liyue via the bridge to the north and you’ll find Changchang walking around. Speak to her, then go back across the bridge to find an empty bowl near the light.

Head to this location on the map to find birds to kill (left), then fill the dogs bowl which be found to the north of Liyue. (right)

Here you’ll need to place one piece of Fowl in the bowl, then return to Changchang to bring this quest to a close.
