This Shrine is only accessible once you have completed the Shrine Quest “The Serpent’s Jaws”. It is a Shrine Quest you can get from Kass. Learn how to complete this Shrine Quest here.

Once you enter the Shrine, there is no puzzle. Just unlocking this Shrine was difficult enough! Open the treasure chest for a Thunderspear with boosted Attack and then speak with the monk to earn your Spirit Orb.
