A green mushroom that grows near trees in the forest. It’s chock-full of natural energy. Cook it to release its stamina-restoration properties.

Raw Effect:

  • Recovery: 0.5 heart

Recipe Effect:

  • Prefix: Energizing
  • Potency: 0.2 stamina wheel (+1 point)
  • Recovery: +1 heart

A good place to find Stamella Shrooms is the area east from the Dueling Peaks, adjacent to Dueling Peaks Stable.

Alternatively, Satori Mountain has plenty of these shrooms, especially in the woods surrounding Rutile Lake, Dalite Forest and the unnamed woods towards the south-west.

Still need more? Try Batrea Lake, across the river from Riverside Stable. You don’t need to dip your toes in the lake itself; search the trees in the surrounding woods.
