A guide on how to complete Hila Rao Shrine, found on an island in Hylia River, south of Wetland Stable, in the Hateno Region. This shrine is accessed when you’ve completed Watch Out For the Flowers.

How to Complete Hila Rao Shrine¶
Once you’ve completed Watch Out For the Flowers, you’ll be able to access this shrine. First off you’ll need to run along the wooden raft and jump onto the ledge, crossing the first river. The wooden planks and other items in the water move down stream and disappear as the water continously moves. Don’t worry though, you’ll just have to wait for a new one to appear to the right!
Once you get to the middle raft, use Magnesis to pull up a chest that is in the water. Drop it off in the hallway up ahead so you can open it when you cross. Do a running jump onto the third platform and then climb up the ledge. Open the chest for an Opal.

In the final room, cross using Cryonis. Use Cryonis to lift up the treasure chest you see floating in the water for 5 Ice Arrows.
Bomb the cracked wall, being carefully not to catch the explosive barrels that are also floating in the water. Then Paraglide down from your ice block and you can claim your Spirit Orb.
