Silent Shrooms provide a stealth effect when cooked, but they also make you glow in the dark. (The last part is a lie.)
A strange mushroom that glows softly in the forest at night. Cooking it into a dish unlocks the nutrients in its cap, resulting in a meal that will allow you to move stealthily.

Where to Find¶
Silent Shrooms are commonly found around East Hyrule. Since they glow in the dark, you can find them more easily when it’s night, but be wary of skeletal monsters on the prowl.

A nice place to gather Silent Shrooms is the west side of Ruto Mountain, south of Zora’s Domain. If you’ve completed the Divine Beast Vah Ruta, you can fast-travel to the divine beast and then glide north-east.

You can also try Hickaly Woods, which is south-east from Dueling Peaks Stable. Search along the south-west side of the woods (near the river), as well as the cliff further south, where the river source is.
