This Shrine Quest is a simple seek-and-find kind of quest (left), It’s actually optional, you can discover the Shrine without it (right)
The Bird in the Mountains¶
Talk to Molli, a little girl in Rito Village. She will tell you a story from her grandfather about a large bird that he would see from a giant tree in the Hebra region and something important in its stomach.
To see what the grandfather was talking about, go to the tree in question. It is a tall tree standing on the peak of Talonto Peak in the Hebra region. A piece of cloth is wrapped around the base.

Climb to the top and then look to the northwest. You will see a vast, flat plain that looks vaguely like a bird. From your angle you will probably see the left, outstretched wing.

Paraglide to it and you will see the glowing Shrine tucked underneath the plain. From the top of this plain there is no way to get to this Shrine, but you will see a little entrance point on the side of the cliff.
Activate the Mozo Shenno Shrine and this Shrine Quest is complete.
