Fruit from palm trees that grow near the ocean. It doesn’t offer any special effects but will increase your heart recovery when used as an ingredient.

Raw Effect:

  • Recovery: 1 heart

Recipe Effect:

  • Duration: +30 seconds
  • Recovery: +2 hearts

Where to Find

(1 of 4) Fast-travel to Dako Tah Shrine and shield surf south.

Palm Fruit is found predominantly along the south-eastern coastline. If you don’t want to travel far, you can find them around Lurelin Village, as well as Kara Kara Bazaar in the Gerudo region.

If you’re feeling adventurous though, we suggest taking a trip to Eventide Island, via the Korgu Chideh Shrine.
