It’s not as impressive as a Big Hearty Truffle, but it’s good enough!

This rare mushroom has a rich scent. Cook it before eating to temporarily increase your maximum hearts.

Raw Effect:

• Recovery: 2 hearts

Recipe Effect:

• Prefix: Hearty
• Potency: +1 additional heart
• Recovery: All hearts

Mixed Effect:

• Recovery: +4 hearts

Where to Find¶

Hearty Truffles are more common than their big brother, the Big Hearty Truffle. You can find them in all kinds of places, so long as it’s not too hot or dry.

Other good places to search include the Lanayru region, around Zora’s Domain, and the Hebra Mountains. If you can handle the cold weather, we’d suggest visiting the mountains, since you can also find the big versions there too.
