This quest begins when your settlement, Ravensthorpe, reaches level 3 (Hamlet). You will be notified that Valka, the seer from Fornburg, has arrived at the docks. Go there to greet her and ask about her journey. After a brief cutscene she will ask you to help with carrying her things to a tent in the north of Ravensthorpe. All you need to do is pick up a small box (though a heavy one!) and follow Valka through the settlement. When you reach the tent, place the box in it to complete the quest.
